Promises to Israel during Messiah’s 1,000-year kingdom

The Scriptures are full of prophesies foretelling the return of the scattered twelve Israelite tribes back to Israel during Messiah’s 1,000-year reign. We find these prophesies in the Books of Ezekiel, Jeremiah, Isaiah, Hosea, and Amos.  And these prophesies not only show the return of the twelve tribes to Israel, but also show Messiah’s return to earth as King of kings ruling the world out of Jerusalem with a resurrected King David as prince and shepherd for all of Israel.  Messiah will establish His government over the entire earth with Jerusalem being the center of the world. Selah (i.e. think about it).

Jerusalem will be known as the city of truth (Zechariah 8:3) and where Yahweh Messiah resides and is worshipped (Ezekiel 46:1 and Zechariah 14:6).   And the land area of Israel will be larger than today and will be based on Yahweh’s covenant with Abram found in Genesis.  One key point to note in these prophesies is that the regathered twelve tribes of Israel will be safe, no longer harassed by enemies around them.

If you take all the facts of these prophesies, the return of the twelve tribes of Israel cannot point to the current state of Israel that was established in 1948. It has to point to a future time and that time would be Messiah’s 1,000-year reign.   First of all, the current state of Israel is not safe from its enemies and its people do not dwell in safety. In fact, the state of Israel lives under fear, constantly being attacked by their enemies and worried about a nuclear Iran.

Also, only some of the twelve tribes of Israel occupy the current state of Israel. The Jewish people are from the Southern Kingdom, which consists of the tribes of Judah, Benjamin, and Levites living in the Southern Kingdom (1 Kings 12 and 2 Chronicles 10). The current Jewish people living in Israel today do not include the other 10 tribes of Israel.  And as already mentioned the current geographic boundaries of Israel is much smaller than the geographic boundaries prophesied to Abram and are much smaller than during the time King David and Solomon ruled.  Lastly, it is clear that King David has not been resurrected nor has our Savior returned to earth to rule the nations with Jerusalem being the capital city of the world.

Ezekiel 34:11 For thus saith Sovereign Yahweh; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out.   12 As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.   13 And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of the country.   14 I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie in a good fold, and in a fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel.   15 I will feed my flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith Sovereign Yahweh.   16 I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick:

…..23 And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd. 24 And I Yahweh will be their Elohim, and my servant David a prince among them; I Yahweh have spoken it.

…. 30 Thus shall they know that I Yahweh their Elohim am with them, and that they, even the house of Israel, are my people, saith Sovereign Yahweh.   31 And ye my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men, and I am your Elohim, saith Sovereign Yahweh.

Ezekiel 37:21And say unto them, Thus saith Sovereign Yahweh; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land:   22 And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall be no more two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all:   23 Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their Elohim.  24 And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them.   25 And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob my servant, wherein your fathers have dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their children’s children for ever: and my servant David shall be their prince for ever.   26 Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore.   27 My tabernacle also shall be with them: yea, I will be their Elohim, and they shall be my people.   28 And the heathen shall know that I Yahweh do sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them for evermore.

Isaiah 11:11 And it shall come to pass in that day, that Yahweh shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria (parts of Syria, northern Iraq, and southeastern Turkey), and from Egypt, and from Pathros (upper or southern Egypt), and from Cush (Sudan), and from Elam (Iran), and from Shinar (parts of Turkey and Iraq), and from Hamath (parts of Syria), and from the islands of the sea.   12 And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.

Before we move on with additional prophesies on this topic, it is interesting to note that the lost tribes of Israel are located primarily in the Middle East.  This includes the countries of Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Syria, Sudan, and Egypt, which are predominately Muslim nations.  The irony being that these nations want to destroy the current state of Israel!!!

Jeremiah 23:3 And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.   4 And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith Yahweh.   5 Behold, the days come, saith Yahweh, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.   6 In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, YAHWEH OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.   7 Therefore, behold, the days come, saith Yahweh, that they shall no more say, Yahweh liveth, which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;   8 But, Yahweh liveth, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.

Jeremiah 30:1 The word that came to Jeremiah from Yahweh, saying,   2 Thus speaketh Yahweh Elohim of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book.   3 For, lo, the days come, saith Yahweh, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith Yahweh: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it.   4 And these are the words that Yahweh spake concerning Israel and concerning Judah.   5 For thus saith Yahweh; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace.   6 Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness?   7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble (i.e. The Great Tribulation); but he shall be saved out of it.   8 For it shall come to pass in that day, saith Yahweh of hosts, that I will break his yoke from off thy neck, and will burst thy bonds, and strangers shall no more serve themselves of him:   9 But they shall serve Yahweh their Elohim, and David their king, whom I will raise up unto them.   10 Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith Yahweh; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid.

Jeremiah 32:36 And now therefore thus saith Yahweh, the Elohim of Israel, concerning this city, whereof ye say, It shall be delivered into the hand of the king of Babylon by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence;   37 Behold, I will gather them out of all countries, whither I have driven them in mine anger, and in my fury, and in great wrath; and I will bring them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely:   38 And they shall be my people, and I will be their Elohim:   39 And I will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear me for ever, for the good of them, and of their children after them:   40 And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me.   41 Yea, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly with my whole heart and with my whole soul.

Jeremiah 33:14 Behold, the days come, saith Yahweh, that I will perform that good thing which I have promised unto the house of Israel and to the house of Judah.   15 In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.   16 In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely: and this is the name wherewith she shall be called, Yahweh our righteousness.

Over and over in these prophesies we read that the twelve tribes will dwell safely, will have no fear nor will be dismayed, will lack for nothing, will walk in Messiah’s ways, David will be their king/prince/shepherd and that Yahweh Messiah will execute judgement and justice over the whole earth out of Jerusalem.

Hosea 3:4 For the children of Israel shall abide many days without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim:   5 Afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek Yahweh their Elohim, and David their king; and shall fear Yahweh and his goodness in the latter days.

Amos 9:11 In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:   12 That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith Yahweh that doeth this.   13 Behold, the days come, saith Yahweh, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.   14 And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them.   15 And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith Yahweh thy Elohim.

Acts 26:5 Which knew me (i.e. Paul) from the beginning, if they would testify, that after the most straitest sect of our religion I lived a Pharisee.   6 And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made of Yahweh unto our fathers:   7 Unto which promise our twelve tribes, instantly serving Yahweh day and night, hope to come.

The Twelve Apostles walked with  Messiah for 3 ½ years.  They knew the Old Testament prophesies about the restoration of Israel.  The most burning question the Twelve Apostles had during Messiah’s forty days on earth after His resurrection was found in the beginning of Act.

Acts 1:6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Sovereign, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?

Many believe that no one knows where all the twelve tribes of Israel were scattered, but we have already read a clue in Isaiah 11 that the 10 lost tribes of Israel were located in the Middle East.  And we note that the twelve tribes were not lost when James wrote his Epistle.

James 1:1 James, a servant of Yahweh and of the Sovereign YahwehShua Messiah, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.

After King Solomon, the twelve tribes of Israel were split into two kingdoms by Yahweh.  We have already discussed that the Southern Kingdom consisted of the tribe of Judah, Benjamin, and the Levites living with those tribes.  The Southern Kingdom is sometimes referred to as the “Kingdom of Judah” or “Judah” with the people in that kingdom referred to as “Jews”.  The Northern Kingdom consisted of the other ten tribes and the Levites living with those tribes.  The Northern Kingdom is sometimes referred to as “Israel”.  And we see that the Northern Kingdom was initially carried to the Middle East!

2 Kings 15:29 In the days of Pekah king of Israel came Tiglathpileser king of Assyria, and took Ijon, and Abelbethmaachah, and Janoah, and Kedesh, and Hazor, and Gilead, and Galilee, all the land of Naphtali, and carried them captive to Assyria (parts of Syria, Northern Iraq, and Southeastern Turkey).

2 Kings 17:5 Then the king of Assyria came up throughout all the land, and went up to Samaria, and besieged it three years.  6 In the ninth year of Hoshea the king of Assyria took Samaria, and carried Israel away into Assyria, and placed them in Halah and in Habor by the river of Gozan, and in the cities of the Medes.

It is interesting to note that not only did the king of Assyria take the Israelites and move them to Assyria, but he repopulated the captured Israelite territory with gentiles.

2 Kings 17:24 And the king of Assyria brought men from Babylon, and from Cuthah, and from Ava, and from Hamath, and from Sepharvaim, and placed them in the cities of Samaria instead of the children of Israel: and they possessed Samaria, and dwelt in the cities thereof.

2 Kings 18:10 And at the end of three years they took it: even in the sixth year of Hezekiah, that is the ninth year of Hoshea king of Israel, Samaria was taken.   11 And the king of Assyria did carry away Israel unto Assyria, and put them in Halah and in Habor by the river of Gozan, and in the cities of the Medes:

Prophesies are clear that a remnant of the twelve tribes will return to Israel during the 1,000-year reign and Yahweh Messiah will be King of kings and Sovereign of sovereigns (Revelation 17:14 and 19:16) ruling the world from Jerusalem with David as His prince.  And Messiah tells us in the Book of Matthew that the twelve apostles will rule over the twelve tribes of Israel.

Matthew 19:28 And Yah’shua said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging (i.e. ruling) the twelve tribes of Israel.

Not only will a remnant of the twelve tribes scattered around the world return to the promised land, Israel, during the 1,000 year reign of Messiah, there will be 144,000 (12,000 from each tribe)  glorified at Messiah’s second coming.  So it appears that many from the twelve tribes will be converted and sealed with the Holy Spirit during the Great Tribulation.  What make this more astounding is many of the twelve tribes of Israel are scattered in countries that are primarily Muslim.

Revelation 7:4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.   5 Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.   6 Of the tribe of Aser were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Nepthalim were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Manasses were sealed twelve thousand.   7 Of the tribe of Simeon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Levi were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Issachar were sealed twelve thousand.   8 Of the tribe of Zabulon were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Joseph were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Benjamin were sealed twelve thousand.

An interesting note is the tribe of Dan is not counted in the twelve tribes, substituted by the Levites.  This may have been due to the fact that the tribe of Dan was guilty of gross idolatry (Judges 18:14-31).  The tribe of Dan is also left out of the genealogies of 1 Chronicles 1-9, where the other tribes of Israel are mentioned.

Revelation 14:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads.   2 And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:   3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.   4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto Yahweh and to the Lamb.   5 And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of Yahweh.

When Yahweh made a covenant with Abraham, He told him “And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan”

Genesis 17:7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a Elohim unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.   8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their Elohim.

Make no mistake about it…the land of Israel is the everlasting possession of the Israelites. However, the borders of the land are supposed to extend from “the river of Egypt as far as the great river, the river Euphrates”

Genesis 15:18 In the same day Yahweh made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:

The only time when Israel came close to possessing all of this territory was in the days of King David and King Solomon (1 Chronicles 18:3).  Today the land defined by these covenant borders cuts right through Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq.  When YahwehShua returns and sets up His 1,000-year kingdom ruling out of  Jerusalem, Israel’s borders will extend from Egypt to Iraq as Isaiah prophesied.

Isaiah 26:15 Thou hast increased the nation, O Yahweh, thou hast increased the nation: thou art glorified: thou hadst removed it far unto all the ends of the earth.

During the 1,000-year reign of Messiah there will be a third temple in Jerusalem (see Ezekiel 40, 41, and 42).  During this time David will be prince of Israel and the Twelve Apostles will be ruling over the twelve tribes of Israel, including 144,000 that were converted and glorified at Messiah’s second coming.  And Messiah at His Second Coming will enter this temple through the east gates (see Ezekiel 43:1-8 and Ezekiel 44:1-3).  The city of Jerusalem will be known as the place where Yahweh resides and the city of truth!

Ezekiel 48:35 It (3rd temple) was round about eighteen thousand measures: and the name of the city from that day shall be, Yahweh is there (Yahweh Shammah).

Zechariah 8:3 Thus saith Yahweh; I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of Yahweh of hosts the holy mountain.

Zechariah 14:3 Then shall Yahweh go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.   4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west,

Messiah called Jerusalem “the city of the Great King” and Jeremiah declared Jerusalem as “the Throne of Yahweh”.  Jerusalem has been and will always be a spiritual place for Yahweh and His followers.

Matthew 5:34 But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is Yahweh’s throne:   35 Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.

Jeremiah 3:17 At that time they shall call Jerusalem the throne of Yahweh; and all the nations shall be gathered unto it, to the name of Yahweh, to Jerusalem: neither shall they walk any more after the imagination of their evil heart.

The Israelites that return to Israel during Messiah’s 1,000-year reign will at last recognize YahwehShua as the Messiah and will deeply mourn for Him.  This is amazing since the current Jews are still waiting for their Messiah and many of the 10 tribes of Israel that were scattered are more than likely Muslim.

Zechariah 12:10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.   11 In that day shall there be a great mourning in Jerusalem, as the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the valley of Megiddon.

Prophesy tells us that every person left during Messiah’s 1,000-year reign will come up to Jerusalem to worship YahwehShua.  And as the twelve tribes of Israel learn to follow Yahweh’s way, they will inspire others to seek the same way of life and want to reap the same blessings.

Zechariah 8:22 Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek Yahweh of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before Yahweh.   23 Thus saith Yahweh of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that Elohim is with you.

Zechariah 14:16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, Yahweh of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

Ezekiel 46:1 Thus saith the Sovereign Yahweh; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened.

3 Likewise the people of the land shall worship at the door of this gate before Yahweh in the sabbaths and in the new moons.

Nations will recognize that keeping Yahweh’s law works to finally have peace and a utopian society on earth.  And that the law of Yahweh goes forth from Zion where Yahweh Messiah reigns.  Jerusalem will become the place where justice, peace, divine decrees, instructions, and the Word of Yahweh will go forth to all nations.  Because the nations will learn Yahweh’s righteous ways, there will be unparalleled peace.  Imagine a world without violence, wars, and rumors of wars!

Micah 4:1 But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of Yahweh shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it.   2 And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of Yahweh, and to the house of the El of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of Yahweh from Jerusalem.   3 And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.   4 But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of Yahweh of hosts hath spoken it(also see Isaiah 2:1-4)

Isaiah 11:6 The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.   7 And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.   8 And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice’ den.   9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of Yahweh, as the waters cover the sea.   10 And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.

Isaiah 65:21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.   22 They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.   23 They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of Yahweh, and their offspring with them.   24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.   25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent’s meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith Yahweh.

Zephaniah 3:15 Yahweh hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even Yahweh, is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not see evil any more.   16 In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: and to Zion, Let not thine hands be slack.   17 Yahweh thy Elohim in the midst of thee is mighty;

Not only will the whole world know Yahweh’s righteous ways and have peace but the planet will be transformed from a wasteland into a Garden of Eden.  Earth will become a paradise and sickness and disease will be healed!

Isaiah 35:1 The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.   2 It shall blossom abundantly, and rejoice even with joy and singing: the glory of Lebanon shall be given unto it, the excellency of Carmel and Sharon, they shall see the glory of Yahweh, and the excellency of our Elohim.   3 Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.   4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your Elohim will come with vengeance, even Elohim with a recompence; he will come and save you.   5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.   6 Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.   7 And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.   8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.   9 No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:   10 And the ransomed of Yahweh shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

Ezekiel 47:12 And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.

Isaiah 51:3 For Yahweh shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of Yahweh; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.

Ezekiel 36:35 And they shall say, This land that was desolate is become like the garden of Eden; and the waste and desolate and ruined cities are become fenced, and are inhabited.   36 Then the heathen that are left round about you shall know that I Yahweh build the ruined places, and plant that was desolate: I Yahweh have spoken it, and I will do it.

Yahweh’s promises to Israel during Messiah’s 1,000 year reign are amazing.  YahwehShua Himself will rule the world with an iron hand from His chosen capital city of Jerusalem.  David will be prince and shepherd over Israel with the twelve Apostles ruling over the twelve tribes.  Not only will the Jewish people (tribes of Judah, Benjamin, and the Levites living with those tribes) return to the expanded borders of today’s Israel, but the lost 10 tribes of the Northern Kingdom that were scattered will return.  And the amazing part is that many of those returning are currently located in the Middle East and are probably Muslims.

There is also a promise to the twelve tribes of Israel that 144,000 (12,000 from each tribe) will be converted during the Great Tribulation and glorified at Messiah’s Second Coming.  Those 144,000 along with other glorified saints from this age and ages past will be priest and kings ruling with Messiah.  And during Messiah’s 1,000-year reign, the whole world will be at peace and all will come to know Yahweh’s righteousness with help from the twelve tribes of Israel. During this time there will be healing of all sickness and the land will become like the Garden of Eden.  This is the time of refreshing the Scriptures prophesied.

Acts 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Sovereign;

What a promise!

HalleluYah
